Mechanical Assembler Openings
The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for building and assembling switchgear housing, as well as installing electrical components according to blueprints. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive attitude while focusing on safety, reliability, quality, and productivity to meet plant targets.
- Construct switchgear housings per specifications and install conductors by interpreting blueprints.
- Perform tasks related to copper and sheet metal to meet production goals, troubleshoot performance gaps, and document quality requirements.
- Support engineering and electrical activities, ensuring accurate production records and compliance with safety procedures.
Wiring Technician Openings
The Wiring Technician will assemble and wire electrical components for Power Management products. The role requires hands-on work with various tools to ensure precise installation and reliable performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use hand tools for cutting, stripping, and connecting control power wiring, and power tools for drilling, cutting, and riveting.
- Collaborate on installing wiring systems in electrical switchgear, following detailed diagrams and schematics.
- Maintain safety, quality, and production standards while keeping the work area organized.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

- Support engineering and electrical activities, ensuring accurate production records and compliance with safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience in roles such as Electrical Helper, Auto Mechanic, or Industrial Mechanical.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand, climb, and use manual tools.
- Preferred: Associate's degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar fields, with experience in LV/MV Switchgear or control panels.
The Wiring Technician will assemble and wire electrical components for Power Management products. The role requires hands-on work with various tools to ensure precise installation and reliable performance.
