California and Texas law states that California and Texas residents may, under certain circumstances, request deletion of your personal information.

You may also call us at 440-461-1500. Once we receive your data request information, we may contact you to confirm your identity and your California or Texas residency before we provide any information to you. If we are able to confirm your identity and residency, we will review your request. We will respond to you within forty-five (45) days of receipt of this fully completed form. If we are unable to meet that deadline, we will contact you with a timing update and have a final response within ninety (90) days.
